Should you need service or maintenance performed in your apartment or house, you may contact your Operations Superintendant directly. In most cases you will reach an answering machine. Please give complete information as to who you are, where you live, your work and home telephone numbers, and the nature of your problem. Keep in mind, we are a small company with real human beings. We do care about you and your problems. Please remember we have many requests for service and we try hard to take care of each one in a timely manner. Mr. Twohy requires that we tape all of our messages and he reviews these periodically, so be polite and don't say anything you wouldn't want repeated.
